Holy Ground
come with us to experience and share
Sunday nights - 5:30pm

Moses was keeping the flock of his father-in-law Jethro, the priest of Midian; he led his flock beyond the wilderness, and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. There the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire out of a bush; he looked, and the bush was blazing, yet it was not consumed. Then Moses said, "I must turn aside and look at this great sight, and see why the bush is not burned up." When the Lord saw that he had turned aside to see, God called to him out of the bush, "Moses, Moses!" And he said, "Here I am." Then he said, "Come no closer! Remove the sandals from your feet,
for the place on which you are standing is holy ground."

Exodus 3:1-5

Holy Ground is our space and time for immersion in God's presence and our lives together.  Worship is the first and foremost place we express and experience what we believe in our lives and faith with God in Jesus Christ.

When we worship, we're entering into the holy stream and presence of God.  The movement and story courses on a mysterious cosmic scale, yet is intimate enough that we join with God through our lives, hearts, actions, and relationships.

Holy Ground is our alternative worship experience to be immersed in God's presence - for a few moments in touch with God, making the seemingly invisible and impossibleness of God tangible, real, and very present.  From this reality, this substance, this embodiment we shape another part of our community to live lives of mission, love, and sharing.
