SOUL Food

Do you know someone...recovering from surgery...
...homebound...
...down and out...
...maybe recovering for the death of a loved one...

Bring a little SOUL Food to them!

They don't even need to be members!
It could be your next-door neighbor, your auntie,
the person you met in the doctor's waiting room,
or the family that just got back from the giving birth at the hospital.

Food

Our SOUL Sisters and Brothers volunteer throughout the year for food and fellowship in our parish kitchen.  Meeting together, we chop, cut, cook, and sample until we were satisfied with our offering.
After just a few hours, we jar servings of soup, made with loving-kindness for our those in our community who are home-bound, recovering from surgery, celebrating the birth of a new baby, or just feeling under the weather and unable to join us for Sunday worship.

SOUL Food will be gathers once a month to prepare meals to be taken to our members that our homebound or recovering from medical procedures or issues.
Who do you know that could use some SOUL Food?!?

jars of fresh chicken noodle soup
ready for your door!
