The YAMMD Program

The Young Adult Multicultural Ministry & Discernment Program

Empowering a new generation for the whole Body of Christ

Do you want to see the full diversity of God’s vision for our lives and world?
Trying to figure out to what and where God is calling you?
Are you a seminarian seeking a way to enrich your formation as a leader?

The YAMMD Internship Program provides young adults with preparation and experience for ministry formation and discernment as the emerging generation of God’s leaders. These experiences occur within a supporting, nurturing environment. In particular, YAMMD participants experience a community manifesting the multicultural, multiethnic, and multigenerational reality of the Body of Christ.

 Why the YAMMD Program?

Because at St Peter’s we value…
  • The multicultural, multiethnic, and multigenerational community as God’s vision for the Body of Christ,
  • The importance of community as a companion in ministry formation and discernment,
  • Experience as essential to ministry formation and discernment,
  • The necessity for substantive holistic, theological and spiritual reflection in ministry formation and discernment.
